I don't find
Noob Loop
particularly as beneficial as other low level options. Sure you'd get an extra few Endless UMOs on it, but the stats on the ring are meh. the flat attributes are negligent if you're wealthy enough to be using 10+ Endless UMOs on a ring, and 5% exp gain is overlooked since you're either done with the character already or might go for lvl 121 and then be done leveling.

I always found other rings to be more beneficial, like
Ring of Truth
Ring of Truth
Ring

Required Level: 20
Item Level: 20
25% Block Speed
15% Hit Recovery
(31 to 50)% Bonus to Attack Rating
Slows Attacker by (3 to 5)%
(11 to 15)% Bonus to Defense
+2 to Light Radius
,
Bloodbond
Bloodbond
Ring

Required Level: 50
Item Level: 50
1% Chance to cast level 50 Burning Veil on Kill
+50 Life Regenerated per Second
Physical Resist 2%
+1% to Experience Gained
for the strong proc buff (though it doesn't last too long usually),
Empyrean Band
Empyrean Band
Ring

Required Level: 40
Item Level: 40
1% Chance to cast level 18 Singularity on Kill
(3 to 5)% to All Attributes
Maximum Life +3%
Maximum Mana +10%
(5 to 15)% Gold Find
or
Empyrean Glory
Empyrean Glory
Ring

Required Level: 50
Item Level: 120
1% Chance to cast level 40 Singularity on Kill
(6 to 10)% to All Attributes
Maximum Life +5%
Maximum Mana +15%
15% Gold Find
for the %atts and %life. Proc is meh unless you're stacked on spell damage, but more damage is more damage. Don't overlook higher lvl req rings either though. You can always do two projects if you happen to get lucky enough for the +1 skill lottery.
Bad Mood Ring
,
Ballantine's 1827
, and
Orc Torque Torc
are all Lvl 100 req, leaving you two Endless UMO spaces, and stats on them are highly worth it if and only if you can get them to lottery for +1 skills. Unless the rings are part of your normal character setup, I wouldn't invest Endless UMOs onto those unless you really need the pierce/TCD or if you lottery it (in this case, definitely do it).

Those are my opinions at least. I had a Ring of Truth, lotteried, with 10 Endless UMOs on it and it was wonderful.

1/30th chance from DBPR for any UMO, let alone a specific one (let alone multiple of a specific one...), vs super easy and fast clear of HFauzt, which has a much smaller pool of items to drop from and high density. If you're going to invest time in UMO farming, I'd say HFauzt might be best option over long haul.

To add, the only reason BPR might be better to farm for this is if you want to farm Fool's Gold charms as well. Otherwise, no to BPR.

Rishab, i know why HFauzt is good for UMO farming. All i needed to know is where time/UMO is higher

Yes. Also i forgot about gambling lvl 30 rare rings with +1 skills. Trying them for +1 more skills and then project.

i was thinking about either ring of truth or emp glory aswell, but first one has slow attacker and second one has cancer skilllocker proc... 2 skill magic sounds nice to me, dont need to mess with arcane crystals and it feels strong aswell.
@LH this burning veil ring is terrible

imo farming h fauzt is idiotism, equal to dreams about farming 10 endless/marks/whatever by yourself in one ladder. Theres no real place to farm them and theres way too many different umos, so even if one drops, its going to be garbage most likely. Atleast you can reroll them, Ive got one endless like that this ladder :p , but thats still joke... Good thing and umos getting rework really soon :thumb:

Do the great runes in Toraja/Yshari drop off the minions or the boss only?

They drop from minions.

I've never seen a boss drop a GR.

Altough I will say that a popular method for farming Toraja GRs is to let Lilith spawn 100+ morlus and then kill them.
