They count as minions so they should get the movement speed bonus

On regular mobs its 50% afaik and bosses are different. I think it was 25% on all "low lvl" bosses and you cant slow the harder ones i guess.
Im not sure about bosses.

95% on general mobs, up to 90% from one source.

25% for bosses, except some late ones like samael can't be slowed

can someone explain to me the details of an uninterruptable attack?
what does it actually do ? it means the attack hits 100% ? can it be avoided by avoid all damage chance? do mosters or ubers have this stat?
does it mean that the attack animation can not be interrupted ?

what would you suggest i search for? i dont find anything.

and your kind of answer is always the best one, because it helps nobody, and i already posted in the short question thread with very specific questions i obviously looked for in other places.

So I have a geared mael assassin, and a fire sorc, but its obvious I cant do most bosses 125_. Anyone recommend any builds I should look into that can def do higher stuff? Mael and fie is great for clear speed but bosses are so tough.

It is not the build's fault if you cant do 125 bosses. And no, maelstrom doesnt have great clear speed, it is just okay, same goes for bossing, its not tough, its okay. That is the point of maelstrom sin, that it can do both and its not terrible at either.

It doesnt work in offhand, like most (if not all) other orange text.
