Thanks for the answer, seems that i've remembered wrongly, thought that the box always opens up.

Does anyone have a table for its damage based off energy?
also is it effected by lightening spell damage or spell focus? or only energy

Just energy (and lightning pierce), +12 damage per 7 energy. No table required for simple division.

What builds are the best Scosglen farmers?

What's wrong with my luck or with drop chance?
I've found the Vizierei Judgment Amulet about 20-30 times and only two or three other set items.
I've got two amulets from killing goblin every time.
