My guess is that they where removed from the game but why?
A lot of sets got reworked so you only need 4 sets for max bonuses, and they deleted one piece from most of the sets.

1) The maximum damage applies to the ''scepters'' class (and also the ''one-handed axes'') but not to the ''crossbows'' or the ''staves'' or ''two-handed swords'' classes. Could someone test if the maximum damage applies to ALL one-handed weapons?
2) Is the -% enemy lightning resistance depend on the weapon used? I.e. is it possible to make a Stormcall/Askari Lightning build with staves.
3) The defense (from hard points in Thundercrack) or the dexteriy/energy gain isn't depend on the weapon so it's only for the maximum damage and -% enemy lightning resistance that the tooltip isn't sufficient enough.

Lvling a new char and found out the shortcut recipes are gone 
Can i use multiple clients to give my new char waypoints from my old char?
Tried to find a yes or no answer but couldnt.
Don't wanna get banned so i wanted to look it up first

No, you can't give yourself wps from other character directly. However, when leveling with other guys, you can give the wp to them, then get back with char you're leveling and get the wp too. This means you'll generally stay with the char you're leveling and switch only when really required (a3) to make it a bit faster.
