according to description - below 66% hp blood fury automatically activates for blood tree amazon. But there is no visible indication whether it happens or not. On activating bloodlust - this bloodlust icon is visible and that is all. Blood fury may be active but its status icon is definitely missing.
OR - you cant activate (passively) blood fury before taking bachanalia skill - but in this case there is no description.
