I've set it to other key, but decided to set back to default (alt), but when I press alt, it has no response.
Is there a way to revert back?

If anyone has it, a full keyboard/mouse map of key numbers would be extremely useful. The in-game settings seem unable to assign any mouse buttons to skills either. It looks like manually editing the preferences.json will be the only way to set many keys, but they don't have cleartext identifiers.
Seriously wtf is wrong with this. Needs to be fixed immediately !
I have also found that removing median xl/ sigma from your computer and also going to apps data/roaming and removing the median xl folders to start with a clean Diablo--sigma reinstall will set your keybinds back to default.
