How about removing sacred uniques notification, and adding mana potions. It would feed you way more tears than rare jewellery.

Also there is source code, any one can edit and add-remove whatever he/she wants.

I'm not sure if it's just on my end, but I'm having a lot more crashes when i use the Drop Notifier.

This does not happen when i use just the drop filter, but enabling the drop notifier will have me crash every few games.

What do you open the source in to edit? and is there item code #'s i need to know?

You can use Autoit or even notepad++ . The notifier is in there, you can add/remove what you like or not like and so on, he even provide a compiler within. So it's just a matter of taste per user to add items or remove them from the notifier. It's pretty self explanatory to be honest you don't need more informations than downloading the source and dig inside it.

Also all items, npc, etc txt files are inside as well.
