For Quov Tsin get high max resistances and flat damage reduction. Crystalline flame medallion helps a lot here too. At some point he does no damage. When you see a skull over his head, move and dodge bone spears.
Bashing on Kabraxis is a bad idea. Divine judgement will get you killed here. Take retaliate and use skeletons as targets. It is slow, but somehow safe. I did this guy on lvl 130 with mine.
This is good advice, though it takes forever to kill kabraxis this way. I barely damage him. I'm mostly tu gear and a good crafted weapon. I need to get better gear to even consider killing this guy. As for qt, I still need more max res. I have the medallion as well.

And for Kabraxis, there is a 1-2 second window to smack his face when he teleports on you, before the green fire thingy starts doing damage, that is your window of opportunity if you are melee.
Both those bosses are doable with shitty crafted and tu gear, which is what i mostly have by the time i reach lvl120.
I obviously try to respect mechanics. What do you think, I went head on into kabraxis, died couple of times and decided to post this? xd
I tried kabraxis for like half an hour and the best I managed to do was 80% hp before he killed me and fully healed. I need better gear, that's one thing. It just seems unfair he also has a spell that's exclusively against melee targets (whirly poison thing), like it wasn't hard enough for melee characters... I also didn't know about the teleport window, gonna try that. Possibly later after I get better gear.
Edit: I have no problems with melee holy paladin. I think it is very fun and engaging, which is why I was so disappointed to hit this kabraxis wall. It's nowhere near as powerful as bowzon at clearing, but I find it very enjoyable. Kabraxis was pretty much a slap in the face, considering I usually get all my 120 charms right when I get to that level, which is why I felt like a total noob. I'll probably just need to come to terms that not every class can do all charms straight away and just invest a bit more in gear. Also, I'm not really interested in 'lab content' (whatever that means, never got there), so I can't say I derive frustration from not playing the best build.
All I'm saying is that certain bosses could use some tweaking to allow melee characters to be a little more competitive at the respective level.
