Speculation is moot until full patch notes are released.

We can't judge things like the new elemental weapon mechanics until we can actually try them, so go tell your stories to Nostradamus.

Teaser notes, not everything.
Until you can actually get numbers/experience playing it, it carries very little weight.

I see lot's of usage of words like 'increased', 'decreased', 'improved', etc.
Until we know values, you can't speculate.
An increase could be 1% or 1000%, how do you know what it is, and can therefor evaluate theoretical builds based on unknown quantities?

Get off my ass, I'm being objective.

appreciate the input from everyone. I still struggle with higher labs, i might need to focus more on defenses. I'll have to try some of the builds you guys talked about.

It's literally the 1.3.0 patch notes. They're not "teaser notes" or speculation.
