MXL-2017 Belladona Elixirs (respec potions) monster drop only

Why not make it [bella potion] farmable? Like them signets? Izual would be perfect for this. Act4 - kinda boring act in MXL, nothing really happening there; act4 is "far" enough to know whether the build sucks and requires some respecing.

I find it a welcome change that will be beneficial to new players. Instead of reading the docs to find out if you can respec, you'll just find the item and know. I like the new player friendliness the change log has brought.

I always thought it was way too easy to just grab a rune + buy an oil and bam.. do over. Now you have to actually think!

I'm looking forward to this change always felt way to cheese to just respec change a few items and wreck an uber that was previously hard.

What is the point of this change? I thought MXL17 will be newb-friendly, but the assumption behind making it drop-only is that player knows his build right off the bat. Not even talking about +max skill sources requiring respec and there are more than 3 sources of that.

I think their agenda was somethink like:
The game is easier now = you don't need so many respec as before.
