Serethia's scorn with Tahas/random greater runes, the relevant effect is the gematria effect for -60% poison res to enemies, scales of the serpent, +2 zon shimmering shrine gloves with as much poison pierce (poisen spell damage is irrelevant), whatever else you want for the rest of your gear, tweak it to suit your playstyle. The rotting flesh proc will pretty much own shit for you and curare will clean up the stranglers.
I argue 2%lifesteal jewels are a must, unless you have really good stats on a jewel with 1%.
