You're more likely to find a Mirror drop in PoE than any SSSU, they're just that stupidly rare to where no build should include it as a serious required option because the supply simply doesn't exist. You'd be better off crafting a decent Nat's Legacy, it's not quite as powerful as Tyrones but it'll do the job.

i don't think these items should even exist in documentation.
At the moment the item is shown just like any other item, it only says item level 130, meaning that it drops in areas of that level or higher - namely Fauztinviulle and higher tier Labs.

There is no mention that these have drop rates so low, that a realm with few thousand players is unable to find even 1 copy during 3 month long seasons.

Fits well for a 'secret' item. Truly secret, undocumented prize that happens maybe once in a year for someone.

Mirror probably is way way more rare, just amount of players in poe is x1000.
