There is no magic pierce on items for a reason. Enemies dont have high magic res unlike elemental resists.
Staff of herding or the Doom skill of the assassin. Magic damage is made to be more or less dealing fixed damage. Therefore sources of pierce/resistance are harder to come by.
Herdsman or assassin's Doom skill. The magic damage dealt more or less deals fixed damage. Hence, a source of penetration/resistance is more unlikely. instructions at modilimitado
There are a grand total of two items that reduce enemy magic resistance.
