For example on Hell only Tier 4 and Sacred items will now drop. If the game would have instead picked a lower item, like a Tier 2 or Tier 3, instead it will now drop nothing
This greatly reduces the visual clutter on the screen, without changing the probability of getting good items

This change is decreasing the ability to get ACs in Hell mode, due to T1/2/3 uniques just being deleted before dropping. This change should be reverted or somehow fixed. ACs are stupidly hard to get right now because of this change.

I support the idea of an area with shard bias very much. Iotss would be a nice place for this. It is early enough that players can get there and farm it with bad gear to fix their gear, and it only has gold bias.
