So, I recently got
Relic (Rising Dawn)
Relic
Required Level: 75
+10% Bonus Elemental Damage to Bloodlust
+14 to Rising Dawn
Magic Resist +(1 to 2)%
which became great asset to my Nephalem pala build. What I noticed is that the minions from Resurect skill apply their spell damage boost to vessels and other elemental skills except the one from the relic. Is this intended?

Relic orange text respects the skill cap, so, 3 is hard max, but if you have less than 3 (<3) hard on skill it will increase it by 1.

They're used to buff our initial cast of innate bloodlust and then pulled out on the fly to bait CTC on kill bloodlust.
While not really that big of an issue, it can lead to very uncomfortable and irritating bad luck strings of not getting the lesser CTC on kill of Qaraks.
If lesser chance on Qaraks cause more power, np understandable.
But if possible increase to qaraks CTC to put it in line with the similar gameplay interaction as Koths I feel it wouldn't be too game changing and more of a QoL situation.


In all my many hours of using Quarak's on switch with my physical Javazon, i never even tried to use it to be cast as proc. :shock: is that even worth it? I know that at some point in the past, they did not stack, but like, does it even add more than 5% EWD with some additional levels? and from comparing

If you run away too far from them - they despawn (use bend the shadows to gather them);
if totems (or any other summoned things) based on oskill only - they despawn/stop acting once you unequip item with related oskill (same goes to active/buff-attacking skills)

I don't remember any other reasons why it may happen


I've tested this and they despawn within a short distance. I've travelled far away from them and used bend the shadows and they're fine and then I take 10 steps away and they despawn. Sometimes they despawn in combat and no they aren't dying, they all disappear at the same time and I have 15 points in apprenticeship plus it happens when farming normal nihlathak. I'll try to keep testing other options but I don't think it's anything normal.

Amazon's there don't use oldskool bow and arrows anymore, they use machine guns!

There's smth wrong about AT scaling with char lvl.. It's either wrong levels pointed or not working. I had 1279 max damage at level 64 and once i got level 65 my damage goes just up to 1296.. Shouldn't it go up by alot larger number (from 60% effectiveness to 75% so practically must be 25% total damage increase)?

Edit: Did some more deep tests... it works just increase is smooth rather than instant jumps on certain levels.
