I made an item from a runword Oris' Herald-forScepters. In the instructions, Magic Missiles are in the range of +(30 to 35) . I got 3. Is this a bug or is this runword no longer relevant?

Oskills always give max +3 on the class that has the skill. So Amazon gets +3 and all other classes gets the full bonus.
