I crafted a Raptor Scythe for my Necro, rolled 350%ED with some IAS, +Dex, and TTAD.
Blessing it added +max dmg.
I socketed 4 JAH (only had 4) and 2 crafted jewels, bringing it up to 450% ED and some extra max dmg and other mods.
When I tried to orb it, the 15%ED orbs wouldn't work. Is there a 350 cap so only runes and jewels will add to the %ED?

Yes the MO cap is 350. You wont be able to MO over 350% ED on weapons and armors, no matter where the ED comes from (from item affix or from runes/gems). So the advice when MOing item is to unsocket everything, MO (to 350 if possible), then put everything back in.

cap on item is 350 and socketables can add to that
if you make a runeword, there's 350 cap on base item and 350 cap on runeword
