I am looking forward to seeing the updated guide you mentioned on 02/02/18. The guide is very good format. I also use it for finding where to go for ubers etc whichever character I am playing because it has the best fullest descriptions of the place the monster lives.

I am interested in a mana sorceress but my attempt stopped at level 60 in the past. I think it was because there were so few items that boost the damage or reduce the monsters resistances to this kind of damage. So I am looking forward to your revised guide and maybe get my mana sorceress out for another go.

I appreciate that. Thanks. ^^

I'm working on the rewrite now and hope to start updating the guide itself in the next few days. The build updates should make things a bit easier.

Guide has been updated, except Yshari and Uldy (will do those probably this weekend).

But let's be honest, you only care about 1 thing: “Can I farm with this build?”

Yes. Yes you can.

It's a nice guide, effort to make quite niche build to work.
Have you tried experimenting with skill called psicrown that rolls on circlets? I remember using it for leveling feedback sorc (now requires twinking, level req is low, but requires high ilevel circlet). It has very high damage, based purely on base energy and high mana cost. I'd say it is quite competitive to some of sorcs feedback skills, frees up tons of skill points too.

Thanks.

Psicrown is definitely good for certain things. Strong against single-targets, and its knockback is nice, but it's targeting mechanic is too unreliable for me, especially in high-density areas (where Mana Sweep really shines). Maybe I'll play around with it some more as an alt to Immersion (which is powerful, but a pain to use).

Thank you, very good way to do an update (including a summary of the changes). I will try this but currently playing aerial's barbarian build :)

Yes, but not many.

Polar Breath
and
Stormflyer
Stormflyer
Kite Shield (Sacred)

Required Level: 100
Required Strength: 497
Required Dexterity: 559
Defense: (4190-4737) to (4889-5527)
Chance to Block: 1% + class%
25% Chance to cast level 60 Forked Lightning on Melee Attack
1% Base Block Chance
+(30 to 40)% to Lightning Spell Damage
-(15 to 20)% to Enemy Lightning Resistance
+(130 to 160)% Enhanced Defense
(11 to 15)% to Dexterity
(31 to 40)% to Energy
Lightning Absorb 5%
50% Damage Taken Goes To Mana
Socketed (4)

are both good shields. Between the two, Polar Breath is better for boosting Hailstorm, and Stormflyer is better for boosting total Mana. But I still prefer a crafted shield b/c it's more versatile.

For boots, there really aren't any great options that I've tested. If your summons are healthy and you've hit the BPs you want, you can use something like
Wizard's Path
or
Angel's Wrath
Angel's Wrath
Chain Boots (Sacred)

Required Level: 100
Required Strength: 527
Defense: (1625-2217) to (1762-2403)
+(0 to 2) to Assassin Skill Levels
+(0 to 2) to Amazon Skill Levels
+(0 to 2) to Barbarian Skill Levels
+(0 to 2) to Druid Skill Levels
+(0 to 2) to Necromancer Skill Levels
+(0 to 2) to Sorceress Skill Levels
+(0 to 2) to Paladin Skill Levels
(0 to 40)% Movement Speed
+(120 to 200)% Enhanced Defense
Maximum Life 10%
Physical Resist 10%
Socketed (4)

if it has +2 Sorc Skills. But again, I prefer crafts or Honorifics b/c versatility.

How much stronger would you say this build is after your latest update?

I am getting the impression that what your work shows is that the feedback damage type needs some improvements in the upcoming patches. It seems a serious disadvantage that there are no items that boost the damage type or reduce enemy resistances.
Hey I'm pretty new to Median and have some question about this build. I'm in act 5 terror right now and it's pretty hard to play. I don't get it how can I use Sacred Rare items if I need 400+ str or dex ( I have something about 120str and 200dex with gear). What should I do right now and why should I use Honorific items instead of some uniques? Oh and my Ice Elementals are instadying, they are lvl 20+ .
