I just started playing and there's a few things that need to be updated, gearing guide for example has a bunch of runewords that don't exist anymore / gear that doesn't align wih the stats. I got to level 17 and spent an eternity trying to find a reflex bow at gheed only to give up and google to find out you can't get it to show up on him til 26, and Tal weapon, El armor don't exist anymore.
