. Weapon should be lucky'ed for 100% AR. Weapon MO prioritizes AR and MoA before LoA. Some charms (spirit trance herb) give AR too, rerun for high roll. And some flat dex and %dex instead of super max vit.

yeah i rolled a few more im upto 30k now i found that the flat 100 to ar instead of the 40% was better

40% AR gave me 1k AR
100 flat AR game me close to 2.5k

something with an insane "mana on attack" enought to solve any issues of this kind at least...
I mean: let's be honest > u can use everything that u want but u won't get +200 mana on attack+ if not from a honorific 1...

No, the current uhm is not designed by devs to be end-game favored. Btw, if using Azure, it is already not the real uhm. U should not expect uhm to be a big lab farmer in late/end game. At least, devs dont want it to be like that. They rework it to be an early/mid game build, ssf or hc build, rather than endgame build. If u plan to do endgame content, just forget about uhm and respec to another build. And uhm keeps getting nerfed in 2.9 which I dont know why. Ppl around me all agree that the current uhm is shit build or just tool build like for farming laz in early game in sc.
