https://tsw.vn.cz/ladder/, sort by Class (Sorc) and Build (Arcane), should give you plenty of common setups and maybe also esoteric spin-off or min-max builds from other people.
EDIT: whops might have misread your post, if you're concerned for Merc Gear and Merc choice... i'd say anything that protects you, there's not really any meaningful buff outside of necrolytes A3, if you don't wanna cast force blast on your own. Gear accordingly (pure defense/FCR probably?). i don't bother with mercs on my mana sorc.
