strong crafted base would be an intimidating craft balanced axe with 200ed %LS 125+ max damage and a decent wdm proc.

Cannot sigil a runeword.

5 points in vigor is a waste. Even with 7k+ str you get ~ 48% ll from 1 point, then +1 LL for each extra point. It's always a 1 point wonder (or 0 point wonder).
