I have been following the guide and ithas been fun and strong character overall. Though i fell i am little bit squishy with 11.5k hp i have seem some videos with 17-20k hp. I am not sure how can i achieve that unless i invest into vitality because theres not much charm left to improve my hp.

Also i am not convinced that titan's blockade is better than invictus due to "additional str damage bonus". Because my damage drops like 600 points.

. They probably have a 1max res trophy triune sleep for 10% aa. Some people might be using a vita or life wormhole.
Crafted amulets can roll pretty big hp numbers i think 400+ life. You also gain life by just being a higher levels, if its the same as in the median xl guide its 30 life per level. You can also max endurance if u get more levels that 9% max life for you. If u are struggling with survability pre its usually a case of not enough maximum resist. This ladder scosglen is harder than labs, erinyes in fauzt hit very hard unless u have a lot of fire resistance 88+ this ladder.

More levels will also make you more tanky because of the attack defense formula. Your chance to be hit drops the higher level you are.

Not sure, just checking the effects from Blood Thirst and Eagle Instance and also the effect from Aptitude, i thought it could be viable.
