Been playing for a little bit (got to Act IV, Normal). So far, I really like this mod. However, I've run into a minor problem that I can't pinpoint the cause. At random times - sometimes it feels more likely when there's a lot of monsters on the screen - my screen goes blank; sound/keyboard still work, so I can at least hit ESC to stop what I'm doing. At first I thought maybe I was getting interrupted by notifications, but even turning those off hasn't changed anything.
The only setting changes of note that I made to 3DFX Glide was to setup the resolution to 1280x960 and to turn off the WGL_ARB_render_texture setting (really helped with video stuttering).
