Moving game folder to a diffrent PC

I have 2 PCs: one with internet connection, another one without it. I would like to play MXL offline on the PC that don't have internet connection. If I install MXL then copy game's folder to the other pc via pen drive, will the game work properly, or would I need some register alterations? Any help appreciated. Thanks in advance.

You won't even need to install anything, just paste your game folder, clic game.exe and the game should work instantly on your second pc
