-you have mentioned +4 paladin skills crafted shield twice (one for main attack , one for switch attack) , while it can go up to +5 .
-the crafted belt can spawn with ctc Disintegrate on attack which is nice to have when focusing a single target . worth mentioning
besides that , it's almost the same setup i've been playing too (i just use maxed Grim presence to heavy boost divine Aparition's damage instead of wasing the points into Rapture) . works great so far
