so whole equip sacred crafts atm instead of malthaels set

Yes, but I don't understand why. You don't need the pierce or spell damage that a sacred craft gives, and the malthael set is even worse than sac crafts.
Go vit craft all the way if you want to use all crafts. I will post my gear list from a different thread as well. The gear list at the beginning of this guide is more inline with what is ideal.

My 2 cents On the gear choices:

Vit Craft War Scepter should definitely be used for the + pal skills and Catalcysm on attack in conjunction with oskill set
Lavadome (4) will get you more %Vit than any Vit craft
Kra RW in chest gives you auto +500 to life and +2 skills, use it until you find Pally Oskill chest.
Belt can be craft, On RW (Dyaus Pita) for %Vit, or even T4 Aerin Orbiter
Shield with bear stance is a good thought, unless you want to DA on RMB and have to keep switching, you can also use Lo RW in Pal Shield for Demon Blood aura, I personally use it.
Nih RW Boots will give you more %Vit than a craft
Rings +1 sk and spell dmg all the way, pierce shouldn't make a difference, ammy + skills and spell dmg as well. MO with mana regen, and MO weapon with MoA. Other MOS in armor is flat Vit and spell dmg.
3 Ohms should put you at 200% pierce with this gear. Socket with Spell Dmg jewels and try to get high cold/fire sp dm.

Keep in mind that this can be used whether speccing lemures or blood thorns. I personally maxed both. But you could go lemures + Divine Apparition if you wanted.

I am trying to follow this build too, so I have a few questions regarding your affirmations:
1. Why do you say that pierce isn't needed?
2. You have stated that "3 Ohms should put you at 200% pierce". What does that mean? Ohm runes give %vit.

Thank you, and thank you OP, nice guide.

Pierce isn't needed because you reach the cap either way. I don't have a single vit craft and I'm sitting at 18.5k hp or 185% pierce without any other sources. I don't have Astrogha's and some other charms yet, which will put me at 19k+ hp or 190%+ pierce, now add to that 10% from Sunstone and Angel Bag and I'm pierce capped.

More Vit= More Max Life = more pierce via Sanguine Covenant

Lavadome + Nih RW Boots + Dyaus Pita and + life charms and all Vit Stats might put you at pierce cap, but remember that your EF is really Vit Factor, and more vit means you don't have to craft for more EF. At 4000 vit you need 790 EF for max bonus (if we are minmaxing), but Vit scaling at any level will be just as good as %spell dmg, while giving you more survivability as you have more Life.

TLDR: MOAR Vit% and flat Vit

Thank you. Thought of it, while I was washing the dishes, and found the answer. But good advice, thank you.

d2stats has an option for attacks to auto target after a monster dies but it's only for right click not left click sadly

it hurts having to click a new mob after every skill since the aoe is pretty bad, both lemures and blood

You are right. Thanks to you saying this I tried using the main skills on right click, and it's much better holding down right click. Just need to swap to teleport occassionally.

Possession give ITD. AR% only neccesary for bosses to keep up LoA, your skills don't actually check Defense as they spell procs technically.

thanks, I did know that, but it is hard to kill bosses, that's why I need to do what to do against bosses (concerning ones AR). :)

AR% jewels then. If you cant get everything perfect on every jewel, I would craft 2 weapon/sheild sets, and use AR% jewels in one and %spelldmg and EF on other.
