I just dont understand also why people say top put only 1 pt into vessel of retribution if it also helps a lot in the damage.

not enough points to cap that as well. one point is more than enough.

The build is very point hungry especially when running rifts as you need 60% phys res instead of 50%

Smax voj and life and death, demiurge, sacred armour, rest into rapture to help hit breakpoints. Leaves very little to up vor, also Vor is less than half the range of voj which makes it practically melee

For my Merc gear... should i aim for TU's or Runewords ?

I will try but i will see probably a huge diminish into my damage not puting points into this skill.. =(

Does rapture increases the atttack speed of my vessel?

You won't notice it unless the targets are standing + targets usualy die before they get to you from voj farming wise , boss killing is debatable since it depends what bosses you are figthing .

And NO ! rapture dose not increase the as for the vessels. They are spells also since they are buffs they dont benefit from FCR .

Also i am with almost full gear end game and I cant still skill xazax for example.. i do good damage. but she kill me all the time..
I can farm easly now on duncrain and the map that drop the icy essence etc..
But i cant still do most of the 125 ubers.
I am trying buit the game seems to be unfair

a lot of the ubers take practice, they are very difficult and require proper strategy.
edit: and yes rapture is for your speed, it also covers your hit rates as well.

should i use low tier base items(sash instead of plated belt) for my endgame craft? then i'll be able to move more points in to energy

yes use the lowest str requirement items you can.
