Yes that is correct. 6 globes rolled 3% and 1 rolled 0, which almost ruined the ring because as with stats that roll together (max resist, all attributes) only do so if the first one isn't 0. If the first stat rolls 0, the other stats roll individually which leads to stupid looking rings pictured below so I consider it very lucky that the other stats all happen to roll 0 on their own as well.
