The skill is straight busted if you actually bothered to look at the skill.

It does more damage than anything in the game currently.

While i am still learning this games ins and outs i have recently come to realize you can pretty much Snapshot ANYTHING that isnt outright passive without activation. Like you dont even have to be wearing items that give buffs once you apply them even. You can put an item on, use its buff, remove it for something else with a buff and apply it, and then still put on your normal item and keep both buffs from the last two items.

Also just yesterday messing around discovered myself you can even Snapshot Buffs from your skill tree with Belladonnas. However from what ive tested and seen so far this only works with Buffs you apply and will not work with Passive Buffs. At least from what ive seen but, i'm sure theres more i haven't discovered as well.
