Can be faster/cleaner (did a 2:13 with higher dmg setup same route, and 2:34 with all sigil+all corners killed but a lot of this is based on luck of where spawns are so anything sub 2:45 is great) but this was an example setup of minimal gear (no masq/collector ect) after 2 run's with the setup.
Black hand sigil not mandatory but makes a difference in p1 dunc as it clears off screen which you can't do with vessels. After turning around in the runs to check how much is left it's clear the sigil does a good bit of off screen as you are running through. Might be worth testing 2 if you have giga dmg already.
Key thing to note: Don't be afraid to skip small packs of mobs if it doesn't look worth it to turn around or sway away from main path. You're here to farm and get as many kills/hour as possible with as high mf you can get and not sacrifice kill speed (within reason) and that doesn't include making a pretty full 100% clear run if it's not efficient.

Orbs: 15% mf on all / pmsd (physical/magical spell damage) on all / leftovers add Energy factor + whatever else you need (maybe res on boots)
Jewels: Zod crafted 2-4 pmsd with 10+ ef. Ideal is 15ef/4pmsd/2% energy, dropping % energy. MF crafted jewels can have 15/2/2/3mf max
You should be aiming for 320 mf with sub 3 min clears, but don't be afraid to drop mf if it means the runs speed up, just don't drop too much. I don't farm under 250 ever, with 320 being goal minimum. Any extra is just icing on top if kill speed stays the same.
ENDGAME gear swaps;
Once you are comfortable you can drop Angiris star for abjudicator. Black masq ssu bone helm and collector shield with ghals.

Keep in mind this is stricly a dunc clearing spec. Realistically you would want to max SA and less pts in rapture as well a have absolution and ressurects/scourge ect for most content but tbh i just play other specs for those.

Playstyle;
Cast vindicate/Sacred armor/Dimiurge every 20 seconds
Run
To maximize speed of run stay as close to packs as possible, while not being hit as much as possible to keep the fhr frames to a minimum and aoe spread to a maximum. Eventually you can stop casting vindicate if you feel tanky enough to save some frames.
Ubers: same thing just cast absolution every 1s
