Skills/stats are not optimal. For farming going specialization and dumping rest of the points into death pact instead of maxing widowmaker would make it better. But I cleared all the ubers with this skill settup and didn't bother to change.
Every item is easy to obtain without trading. Since I have a lot of charms I made the gear extra budget. If you have a new character hopefully you can make up for the lack of charms with better gear. Gear is at the end of the video.

I used widowmaker for most ubers since it has good single target. For farming widowmaker is good in k3k and teganze, but farming these is slow. Farming dunc/fauzt/triune or cows with tantrum is way faster.
