Is there a way to play both vanilla and Median XL?

Please let me know. I want to try this mod out but would like to toggle with my regular game, if possible. I am also trying out Path of Diablo and the only mod I use is PlugY.

Thanks! So I just installed it, and now it's safe to install median xl and I can just launch it and toggle like that? Sorry but d2se comes with no read me.

Median xl does tho. You need o grab this https://get.median-xl.com/d2se.zip that zip with come with a readme
