Mephisto. 2-3 TUs per run. If using TU Warp Blade, it should be at least T4 by beginning of Terror, preferably T5. Don't know what other gear you're using or with what spec, but unless it's something like Fire/Poison, 4k def by clvl 50 is too low. Also consider hiring an A3 merc to help in the meantime until your gear is up to snuff.

Fire priestess is directly down and to the right, immediately after entering Tran. At the end of that path, theres a big room she's in.

For assasins, do you need a relevant source of the damage already to get the bonus already, i.e does Way of the spider only buff poison spells, or does it add poison damage to all spells?

IDK fastest way, but early on, sell rings/ammys/apples. Later, just stroll through IotSS with handy-dandy auto gold pickup, or sell T5-6/Sacred rares to Larzuk for butt-loads of cash.

No. You don't need to already have, for example, a weapon with Poison damage before WotS kicks in. Ways are passive damage sources that add elemental damage to attacks. As far as their effect on spells and/or traps, IDK the answer to that for sure. I'm not super experienced with Assassin.

PlugyY has several features including an infinite stash but it only works in single player. For multiplayer you may create mules for storage purposes.
