The Boss activated his Unholy Armor. You can see the shining light above him. Just go to town and wait for a little time, then return and kill.

You've done nothing wrong. It's just that sometimes the avatars can use a SUPER long duration sacred armor (like 45 seconds) and just won't take any damage. It can be annoying. Try using mostly frostclaw totems as they'll take more life faster

The shining light is always there (it's not like the Uldyssian fight). Just sometimes they cast sacred armor

I've tryed it like 50 times already and always the same - last boss staying alive takes no damage. It's not like "sometime" its always

I'm honestly not sure. I don't know if he randomly uses his shield or if it's caused by the player being too close to him. Have you tried standing behind the totems instead of above them? The way I did it in my video for where to stand, where to have totem, and where to keep the bosses, has almost always worked for me in the past.

Tried Quov Tsin. Stacking resist wont work anymore (i think mostly because you cant get enough flat dmg reduction). So at the moment I have no idea how to beat him
