Java script Error: EPERM. PLEASE HELP!!

I installed the MEDIAN XL Launcher from viewtopic.php?f=4&t=4150
I went to run the Median XL shortcut it made for me on my desktop. As soon as i click to run as admin it popped this java error up. Please help me out!

Reinstall at C: root. Run as admin. Almost certainly a permission issue.

Did you patch your D2 to 1.13 ? if it's 1.14 you'll get java error

Dont install things in Program Files.

Yes, i play D2 most of the time so it is up to date. So since it is 1.14 i can not play the mdian xl?

Just install D2 and the Launcher outside Program files. The Launcher takes care of changing D2 from 1.14 to 1.13c.

Or you can always just follow these few simple steps and install the mod manually:
