it has not been updated in the docs and it might not be updated in the docs for a while, someone might wanna start up a g-doc page or something to record this data from the community

There's a glide-readme.txt in your d2 folder which explains all the settings.

How do I enable mouse wheel? I can't use it at all.

Does Lord of thorns Necro Staff still drop from Hatred gift box? Is there some specific number of uniques available from the box or is it purely random? (Besides the logic of class-specific etc.)
+ Can you use Uniques from this box for any sort of end game tuning or do you have to get a new one later on? I mean, if there are any other limitations to them besides no ability to deconstruct them in Cube.

Reset char skills/stats is still avaiable? I saw that the oil of absolution is removed from the game but i didn't find anything about the recipe

You mean in Diablo 2? If so, compatibilty mode with WinXP SP3 worked for me, you can try that. My OS is Win7 x64

If it doesn't work AT ALL(not even in the browser etc), then sorry, I don't have a clue on how to help you.
