This guide is updated to MXL 2017 except the uber section since i didnt do uber with full potential yet using this build. the easy uber can be done using this build with mid game gear.
How will I handle immunes? just the summons dont seem enough.

If its Immune to cold, just use skill shower of rock or hire act 5 merc to deal a lot of physical damage. Using the early game gear, I'm pretty sure u have enough damage output to kill cold immune monster using shower of rock.

Yes but If u find really difficult to kill immune to cold monster at later game, u can craft barb helm to get ancient hand oskill. Its a melee skill same as stormblast but dealing fire damage instead.
