Why i cant open Median XL 2017 Save Files although already change "resources" to MXL 2017 ? It always show "Median XL Character Manager has Stopped working", still normal with Ultimate XVI save file !

based on the highlighted text it seems that you haven't actually changed "resources" to MXL 2017, otherwise you wouldn't have been able to load XVI characters. One way to check which data is loaded is to read window's title.

Window's Title is "Median XL 2017" . I mean if i used "Ultimate XVI" Data it worked normally, only when i changed to "MXL 2017" i cant open any MXL 2017 save file.

I dont think you googled it properly to know what ''hex editor'' is. In any case, cheating is not supported on the forum.
