Beside vendor, is there any other Mystic Orb drop from Bosses/Monsters guys ? , also what MO should i put on weapon for my Sorc Caster :-s

Regular mystic orbs don't drop anymore, only Unique Mystic Orbs, which have special names. They only drop from enemies level 85+ now.

So I gotta ask... I've been playing since day 2 and I think I'm doing something wrong. I made a poison sorc but she sucked (No gear.) Made a barb cause I got a throw set and made him max block, 83@ res, 9k life but can't farm any ubers. The only thing I find myself doing in hopes of making a new char is farming meph and diablo on Des in hopes of sacred uniques. Is there something better I could be doing? I have some really good SSU/SSSU for either a bow zon or bow druid but are they worth it?

Also, what's the best way to farm gear for a lvl 100/120?

I am trying Xl for the first time and may have hit a major snag.

I did the Ennead challenge before level 80, but I did not cube the class charm with a jewel until lvl 88 because I didnt know. It did something when I cubed it (the jewel dissappeared and made 1 to max skill on charm), but I cannot use my petrify reward skill for amazon even though I did the challenge before 80 and am lvl 91 now.

Will I be unable to use the Reward skills now? Seems like my char is screwed if this is the case.....what a waste of my time please tell me it isnt so.

Is it possible to cube the class charm with jewel from low level char and then transfer to get this skill?

you need to put points into the skill in your skill tree before you can use it, same for black road challenge skill

Yes you can use a low level char of the same class to cube it with a jewel. If you need any help on the server (Getting charms, leveling etc lmk)

I would still like to know if that new op Stampede has ND. I think not from my little experiments but i'm not that good at these.
