Even if it had ND the castrate should be above the ND rate, so as long you don't proc it all 2 frames there should be no problem.

He also deals some flat physical dmg. 50% DR or like 100 flat dmg reduced helps a lot. 500 of each res is not needed he no longer pierces that much. Get more dmg and use a better single target skill to inflict dmg.

How do you "Like" posts or give cookies? I don't seem to have those options. Is it disabled based on join date or post count?

You need minimum 10 posts and 1 +ve cookie, iirc.

Not a question but a tip. I have found out that on terror difficulty, from personal experience, that the cow level has a less frequent and lower quality chance of runes than outer Steppes in act 4. In a cow run I have received 4 low runes but in out steppes I received 3 On, 4 Vith, 2 Rha, 1 Nih, 2 Yul, 3 No, 1 Lah, and 1 Kur just from todays activity. Also outer steppes is drastically easier than the cow level so you'll progress faster

I agree, but I believe its caused by MP patch. On sp patch the drops are more consistent (at least when I was testing last week).
