I agree, but I believe its caused by MP patch. On sp patch the drops are more consistent (at least when I was testing last week).

Possibly having lower magic find gives you a higher chance for runes because it's not favoring unique/rare item drops over modifying items

Runes drop rate has nothing to do with magic find stat. They are different kind of items, that does not affected by your MF.

How rare are the primal runes? Looking at my 6 earth essences is not satisfying. WTF

Runestones are two times rarer then the essences.

100% is the cap.

1) The skill said the poison dame is 2k8-3k5 poison over 4 seconds
So it means every 1 second it ticks 2k8-3k8 poison dame, right?

2) How about this one, it said that it's duration is 10 seconds, but it has poison dame over 114,8 seconds. I don't get the tactics of this skill.

3) This spell dame boost does it boost my poison dame? And from the oil of luck to the ring, too?
