How to reroll SU and TU.
Can Set items upgrade or bless? Or do something for more stat?

To reroll SU:
Sacred Unique weapon/armor + Oil of Enhancement + Enchanting Crystal → reroll item

You cant reroll TU's (unless is TU6), all you can do is upgrade it from TU1-6
Unique non-sacred weapon/armor + Arcane Crystal + rune → reroll as next higher tier
Note: If its TU6 you can use ^ in order to reroll the TU6.

Set items cant be upgraded, but they can be blessed and/or Lottery Bonused.
Any item + Oil of Luck → returns item, may add bonuses

For this next recipe you will need some charms:

Any Unique/Set Weapon + Legacy of Blood → returns item, may add bonus
Any Unique/Set Armor + Idol of Vanity → returns item, may add bonus
Any Unique Amulet + Moon of the Spider → returns item, may add bonus
Any Unique Ring + Spirit Trance Herb → returns item, may add bonus
Any Unique Quiver + Azmodan's Heart → returns item, may add bonus
Any Unique Jewel + Sunstone of the Gods → returns item, may add bonus

► Lottery bonus
