Is stormflyer bugged? It says 250% of the damage goes to mana but I haven't noticed it even go to the mana.

It gives you mana when you take damage, if you take 100 damage it should give you 250 mana.

Will I get better stat rolls when shrine-crafting if I user higher quality base items; such as gauntlets instead of gloves, or does it not really matter?

If the item level is 99, which is basically all items from Destruction, the base item won't matter for affixes- item level 99= affix level 99. If it the item is below level 99 (such as a level 1 craft), the quality of base item will matter, affix level will vary.

Is tantrum a super rare variable in crafting a bow? think I've used over 60 now lol

Yes, it's pretty rare.. If you mean 60 shrines there's a problem, no tantum in 60 rolls isn't abnormal.

Also does anyone know if you can remove mystic orb effects?

Depending on the item yes you can. If it's a TU item you can destroy it to a base white item and roll it back to a TU and the orb will be gone. I think the same applies to a runeword. Remove the sockets, destroy with a rune and remake the runeword and the orbs should be gone.

quick question: can I increase mercenary's Energy stat with equipments? I know they have energy but I don't see them in the graph so I'm a bit skeptical

Were the Boss Life stats ever published?
I am a numbers guy and id like to know how much Life Bosses had/have now

Could only make estimates about boss life in the new patch. I think some (Quov, Astro, Kabraxis) of the old heroic bosses had around the cap, which was ~300k, it might have been posted or implied at some point. Purify bosses have way less, of course. I don't think the devs will supply any numbers, so you'd have to figure out from the files.

In fact? This should named different, because "Dmg goes to Mana" means for me that your incoming dmg GOES TO penetrate your mana?!
