How does Deadly strike work nowadays? Is it double phys or is it elemental aswell? Does it even work at all?

DS doubles damage only on the physical damage part of your attack. Skills that convert phys damage into other elements do so after %DS rolls successfully so the damage always get doubled after conversion into those elements.

When I reroll lv100 Unique Amulet, I got lv60 or lv40 or lv1 Amulet. And Can't reroll lv60 to lv100? Is it right?

How many +ama skill can spawn on craftedd ama helm and war scepter is +4 max??
Cause on setschild ama shield it can be 5.

Usually 3 months but sometimes it can be stretched to 4 months.

U can go to docs -> unique items -> tiered uniques. All the amulets listed on this page can be made/rerolled using unique making recipe
