You'll remain 75% Player often have above 75% cap because some boss have elements piercing :)

With 200% res on Terror, you'll have 150% stacked res, but you'll only utilize 75% unless you increase your cap. Stacked res only comes into play against enemies that pierce res.

Basically, yeah. For example, if you're making
Epicenter (Xis)
in boots with 4 sockets, then you put in 2 jewels -> Ith -> Xis.

Out of curiosity, how noob friendly is a throwing knife assassin build? Is it something that's relatively easy to do, or will there be nothing but pain and suffering if you are not good enough to kill Broher Laz with Tiered Unique gear?

Can someone please explain prepping a weapon for a runeword? I am making an throw barb and I have a sacred balanced axe. If I understand correclty, I should be doing the following, but don't quite understand how levels req. are working.

1) re-roll item w/ oil of renewal to make it superior w/ 30%ed-35%ed w/ 100% bonus AR
2) socket punch for 6
3) cube w/ oil of luck to make give it more bonus ed and ar
4) is there a way to make it give double mystic orb bonus????
5) I now have a level 30 req. superior 6 socket sacred balanced axe.
6) I applied a bunch of mystic orbs to it to give it +ED, +Max Dmg, +CB, etc. - I got the new item to level 90 required w/ mystic orbs because my runeword (Ath) will be level 90.
7) I started inserting my jewels and it shot the level requirement up past 120.
8) Finished the runeword by inserting Ath and it's like level 170 required????? What happened. How do I avoid this?

Also bonus question. What type of stats on crafted jewels should I be looking to craft for a throw barb? Which rune to use w/ the jewel craft recipe?

The cap of minion life is not definitely at 86k life. We can't find it out right now because of different reasons:
It all depends on: what skilllevel is your skill and how much % minion life do you have. But due to an additional hidden multiplier for necromancer minion the %minion life is always higher than what is actually shown. Since we have an unknown variable we can't calculate the base life of the minions at the skilllevel they have. And since we don't have the base life, we don't know just how much additional life they get from the Skeletal Flayer aura, which can make the life overflow and thus roll over.

So we can't find out just where the minion life cap actually is. You have to test it out on your own. You'll notice when your rampagors suddenly die instantly. And when that happens just unsocket %minion life jewels if you have some. If that doesn't help or if you don't have any %minion life jewels, try unequiping a ring that adds +1 skill level and/or reducing the number of points in rampagor with other means (for example: add only 1 point instead of 10)

Any time you add something to a weapon/armor (e.g. jewels, MOs, Runes) with a level requirement higher than the item, it increases the base lvl req for that item to whatever thing you added. So, in your example, you have a weapon with a base lvl req of 30. Inserting a jewel with a lvl req of 64 will bring the weapon's base lvl req up to 64. Inserting a Rune with a lvl req of 100 will bring it's base lvl req up to 100--which means you can only put 5 standard MOs or 2 UMOs on the item. The lvl req added by MOs you used before inserting socket fillers is applied retroactively to the item's new base lvl.

I may not be using the right terminology here, but hopefully it makes sense.

What Solfege said AND you make the item superior with Oil of Enhancement, then reroll with renewal for nice ED (armors roll base armor and %ED so look at the defense stat not %enhanced defense!) THEN Oil of luck. Then socket punch for 6. You can't add more sockets if it has for example 3, so either get 0 or max sockets on your base roll then oil of luck it, if 0 sockets - punch it.
There is no double mystic orb bonus for Runewords.
