Magic item + oil of enhancement + rune
But it's not working I was going by a guide because I was trying to make sacred crafted gloves but the rare recipe won't work. What am I doing wrong here?

Recipe not working anymore. You must find rare items now.

No to both but stacking more then -170% enemy res is useless coz enemy (and player) can't have less than -100% res (enemies have at max 70% res to non-immune element).

Actually it's 100% for monsters not 70%.

Actually it's 100% for monsters not 70%.

From patch notes:

Resistances of regular enemies (includes elites and Uber level regulars):
0 all on Hatred
0 physical/magical, 15 fire/cold/lightning and 5 poison on Terror
0 physical/magical, 35 fire/cold/lightning and 20 poison on Destruction
Resistances of Bosses on Destruction: (15-35)% physical/magical, (50-70)% fire/cold/lightning, (40-Immune)% poison

It's 70% max res for bosses to fire/cold/lightning if they don't have immunity and 35% max res for regular enemies.

There is nothing about their immunity except for poison damage. Resistances was lowered indeed but that doesn't mean that they're capped at 70% now.

A monster in dest has 35 fire res. You need -135 enemy fire res. More won't increase your damage. A boss has 70% fire res - you need 170 -enemy fire res. If that boss is immune he has at least 100 fire res - then you can't damage him with fire unless you break the immunity with a skill.

That means the cap is not 100 anymore but 135 now. (For monsters)

And that's what I'm talking about. Yes, you don't need more than 170 elemental pierce, but immunity is still capped at 100%. So if you're using Mythal or Starfire to break immunity you can stack more than 170% pierce and it should work.

And i didn't said that it's cap. It's simply stated that bosses won't have more than 70% res unless immune. (And actually 100% res also isn't a cap).
And state something else, I'm talking about "- enemy res" mod on items - there isn't a cap for this (you can stack as much as you want) (and I think RainbOw was asking for this).

Yes, I know some bosses used to have way more than 100% resistance, so you can't even break their immunity to a particular element. But 100% gives that immunity effectively.

Edit: Excuse me for misunderstanding, I'm not trying to argue with you anymore, cheers.

If one gets multiple trophies from the same boss ( for example akarat - 5% bonus max hp in my case ) will there be a different bonus every time? And if so is the bonus a different stat completely or a different value of the same stat?

If only some trophies change ( as smb suggested to me ) which trophies have always the same bonuses?

Some trophies have stuff like %chance to reanimate [Monster] where it's one of 2000 monsters in a pool. Or +10 to 25 energy factor. You can only trophy a charm once. It's always a different value of the same stat (reanimate monster x of 1-2000 is a different value). Akarat always has 5% since there are no different values for it.
