I can't MO ethereal items, tried on two. Is that a bug or it's intended?

Also How many MOs can I put into a honorific item?
I've got a T5 belt with rlvl 39 and *20 required level from orbs which should make a total of 59?
I understand that MOs are limited to lvl 60 and below?

2]Technically you can put as many MOs as you want, but the maximum cLVL attainable is 125 . Maximum Mo type per item is 5.

Am I able to withdraw a bid I placed on an item? I didn't realize it was 1 skill and not what I wanted, lol. Or do I have to wait for someone to outbid me (which won't happen since it's low stats) Just skimmed over it and being tired from work I missed a couple key elements.
