so you know slows target% has a limited time when it works before it wears off? how it works is the amount of slow you apply first is the amount of slow you are going to have until it wears off even if you change the amount of slow during that time. and you are even going to have that high slow effect if you suddenly have less slow by swapping items. at the same time you are going to keep the low slow when you forget to apply it properly.
what that means in practice is that you only need to apply the high slow once (for example from
Void
by switching weapons quickly) and then you just need to keep hitting with any amount of slow (not sure if it works with 0 slow since i had triune charm in inv with 10% at all times) to get the full effect.

this is nice to know since you spend less time applying it, since it simply isnt necessary after you first activate it for the first time, and its also good to know about this so you dont accidentally hit a boss first with lower amount of slow, since that would mean that you need to wait for it to wear off to get the full slow effect.
