Iirc with pots, it gives about 1 mil per run. Never tried without pots. It does not give best xp, just safest and fastest way to gain xp is there. For ex dunc gives more but barrels are big issue there. 1 mistake and youre done.
You should make ng every time. If you see bpr, you shoul make ng also. But easiest way to reach 121 is doing cows on p8, in realm make people come to your game.
I see people selling wolverine's skin so no.
You can use xis enhanced runewords when you reach level 121. Otherwise not much bonuses for 125 if you dont count ladder challenges.
